DELRAY BEACH — There’s a new Spodak Dental Office in Delray Beach, this one run by Dr. Craig Spodak.
The office officially opened Thursday evening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception.
If the name has a familiar ring, it should. Craig Spodak is the son of Dr. Myles Spodak, who has had a dental practice in the city since June 1976. Craig Spodak joined his father’s office as a dentist in 1998.
“We’re taking it from one single dentist to a multi-discipline dental office,” Spodak said.
The office will be staffed by five dentists, including Spodak and 11 other employees. Spodak also is considering opening a lab with in the practice as well.
Right now, the Spodak office is donating the proceeds from teeth whitening procedures to a fund for Delray resident and Palm Beach Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Senkier, who has cancer.
“It’s an incredible facility,” Delray Beach Deputy Vice Mayor Brenda Montague said. “On behalf of the city commission, I want to welcome you to the city.
