When enrolling in the Spodak Dental Group’s SDG Employer Dental Insurance Plan, you’ll be encouraged to contribute a set amount to offset some (or all) of the cost of each employee’s plan. The example options below show an employee’s out-of-pocket cost with a $100 per employee contribution. But you only pay for what employees use. If an employee doesn’t enroll, there’s no cost to your business.
