COVID 19 Update: Temporary Changes to Our Schedule

Our team members will remain available to help our family of patients with any dental questions or concerns they might have. Additionally, between now and Friday, May 8, our office will remain open but we are only able to see patients who are experiencing a true dental emergency. Our team will be scheduling appointments in our office on an as-needed basis, with a goal to always take the very best care of our patients.

COVID 19 Update: Emergency Treatment Guidance

In light of the current COVID 19 situation, if you are experiencing extreme pain or swelling, or have a broken or cracked tooth, crown or denture, please reach out to us immediately and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Our team of doctors is always available and will reach out to you as quickly as possible to help address the situation over the phone and recommend the best course of treatment, which could include a visit to our office. Rest assured, we are taking all precautions to ensure your safety in response to the COVID 19 update.

COVID 19 Update for Invisalign Patients

Are you due to change aligners, move into retainers, or need attachments removed? We can help! Our doctors are are now offering virtual appointments as part of our COVID 19 update to track your progress and will be able to recommend the best course of action moving forward.

In most cases, we are able to mail you your next few sets of aligners or your final retainers so you can move forward with your Invisalign treatment without any hiccups. If we do have to order new aligners for you, or you need additional work prior to moving into your next set of aligners, it is perfectly okay to remain in your current aligners. But, your doctor is happy to go over all of this with you, so please reach out and we’ll be able to schedule that virtual appointment for you.

As soon as we are able to return to business as usual, we will be reaching out to all of our patients who were affected by this scheduling change to reschedule those appointments. We are also committed to offering additional scheduling hours and appointment times to serve our patients and keep their dental health on track. Our goal is to help everyone maintain their dental health and we will do our best to accommodate all patients in a timely manner.

Our main concern is the safety and wellbeing of our patients and team members and we are doing all that we can to be responsible community members during this time. As recommendations are changing rapidly regarding the coronavirus and the extent to which dental practices are allowed to operate, we wanted to let you know that we are always here for you. We will be updating this post and sharing updates on Facebook and Instagram as more information becomes available, so please check back often.

If you have any questions regarding your dental care, or have an urgent dental concern, we are always available to help. You can reach out to us via text or phone call at (561) 303-2413, can email us at inform@spodakdental.com, or can chat us on Facebook or Instagram. Thank you, as always, for being part of our dental family. We remain dedicated to taking care of you while you focus on taking care of yourself and your family.

Today and always, we encourage you and your family to stay well! #alonetogether #cleanhandsopenhearts
