Dr. Vanezza Abreu

Dr. Vanezza Abreu was born in Ft. Lauderdale and raised in Wellington, Florida, in a family with strong Uruguayan roots. She received her B.S. from Florida State University and began her dental career at Spodak Dental Group, working as a dental assistant. It was at Spodak that she found her passion for dentistry and discovered the power of truly collaborative, patient-centered care. The experience became the foundation of her clinical philosophy and inspired her to pursue dentistry at the highest level.

Dr. Vanezza went on to earn her M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University and later attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated at the top of her class as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Following dental school, Dr. Vanezza dedicated her early career to public health, providing comprehensive care to underserved communities and deepening her commitment to compassionate, accessible dentistry. She is grateful for the opportunity to have served in that capacity and brings that same mission-driven approach into every patient interaction.

Now returning to Spodak, where her journey first began, Dr. Vanezza is thrilled to rejoin the team as a dentist and contribute to the practice that helped shape her into the clinician she is today.

When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their English Bulldog, and going for long runs throughout South Florida.
