Erika Pusillo Honored as AADOM Fellow for Excellence in Dental Practice Management
Erika Pusillo, Practice Optimizer here at Spodak Dental Group was recently recognized as a Fellow in the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). It’s an amazing honor and we can’t think of anyone who deserves it more!
This award recognizes outstanding professional and educational achievements in dental practice administration and is awarded only to those who’ve met very rigorous standards set by the AADOM. The accomplishments of Erika and other Fellows were recently recognized at a ceremony in San Antonio.
We couldn’t be more proud of her.
Erika has been with Spodak Dental Group for nine years and we have seen tremendous growth in both her leadership skills and desire for continuing her education. She started out as an assistant but was determined to learn all aspects of dentistry and help grow not only the business but also team members.
Our team and our patients will continue to benefit from Erika’s outstanding leadership, practice optimization, dental insurance management, and patient relations skills. She sets a high standard for personal growth that we all hope to live up to.
