Choosing between in-network and out-of-network providers, only having the most basic of treatments covered, and not being able to enjoy cosmetic work they need are only some of the drawbacks of insurance that the Group feels patients should not have to endure.
So, in an effort to help their patients achieve their smile goals without the limitations of corporate insurance, they created their own in-office membership plan!

Can anyone benefit from the Spodak Dental Group Membership Plan?
Yes! It’s easy to enroll, easy to use, and easy to understand. Plans begin at $24 a month and cover everyone from children, to adults with no dental issues, to adults who need more dedicated dental care. The Group believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy the dental care they need at a price they can afford, and are committed to providing their patients with all the financing opportunities possible. Families and individuals are invited to save on the overall cost of dental care, without the limitations!
What’s the difference between the Membership Plan and traditional insurance?
Everything! The only similarity is that patients pay a low monthly fee and enjoy the same benefits of insurance, including covered annual cleaning, exams and X-rays.
The main difference is that, unlike insurance, there are no restrictions and you can’t “max out” your coverage! This means that you can utilize the Membership Plan for all of your dental needs, without “running out” of coverage throughout the year.
Additionally, patients are able to enjoy 10% off treatment with participating providers, as well as a 5% discount on additional subscriptions for family members.
What does the Membership Plan include?
Everything! Each patient enrolled in the Plan will enjoy cleanings, exams, and X-rays; discounts on other treatments with participating providers; immediate savings — no waiting period!; no deductibles, claims, or insurance headaches; and no surprise costs or fees.
Can I choose my provider?
Yes! You are able to choose your provider so you can be partnered with the dentist you’d like, instead of the dentist dictated by your insurance company. Additionally, you’ll also be partnered with a treatment coordinator who will help you choose the best financial options for you and your dental goals, versus working with an insurance company that treats you like a number and not a person.
When am I eligible to sign up?
As soon as you establish as a patient! Unlike traditional dental insurance, you can enroll in the Plan as soon as your first visit in our office. There is no specific enrollment period and no waiting period to receive care.
