Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological wellbeing. We realize, though, that every person’s financial situation is different. For this reason, we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you fit the dental care you need and deserve into your budget. This allows you to enjoy all the benefits of a healthy, beautiful smile without disrupting your lifestyle.

For your convenience we gladly accept, cash, check, or American Express, VISA, or MasterCard for payment of all fees and treatment.

Our payment options are as follows:

Advance Full Pay Option:

We may be able to offer up to 10% accounting courtesy for all treatment that is paid in full by check at acceptance of treatment presented. This does not apply to treatment rendered by a specialist and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, dental insurance, or OHSP. Other restrictions may apply.

Term Loan Option:

We offer, upon approval, interest-free loans up to 24 months or extended payment plans up to 84 months (through both Chase and Springstone Financing) with no down payment, no annual fee, and no prepayment penalty. We can complete your application online for you and have a decision in minutes. Payment at 1st Appointment Option:

Payment in full is required when services are rendered, unless prior arrangements (one of the above options) have been made. No accounting courtesy will be extended for those choosing this option.

Broken appointments:

We pride ourselves in taking time with our patients, so a specific amount of time is reserved especially for you. Last minute cancellations not only disrupt our schedule, but prolong your receiving the dental care you need and deserve. We strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. If you must change your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee being charged to your account. This fee will be determined based upon the length of appointment time.

Accepted Insurance Plans:

At the Spodak Dental Group we work with most insurance companies to help you maximize your benefits and get the most out of your coverage. There's no need for you to fret or fuss over complicated forms – as a courtesy to you, we process and file all of your claims electronically. Additionally, for patients insured through MetLife, Guardian, Cigna, Delta Premier, Assurant, United, we accept direct assignment of benefits. If you participate with one of these plans there will generally be no out-of-pocket expenses beyond your deductibles and co-insurance.
