Payment in full is required when services are rendered, unless prior arrangements (one of the above options) have been made. No accounting courtesy will be extended for those choosing this option.

Information on Dental Insurance

The Spodak Dental Group is an insurance-friendly practice that is delighted to help you maximize your dental benefits, regardless of which insurance company you use.

For quicker claims processing and reimbursement, we electronically submit your insurance claim before you leave our office, and you can then expect your reimbursement from your insurance company to be sent directly to you. Additionally, we can handle any other correspondence that may be required with your insurance company.

Dental insurance, as you may know, is unlike other insurance coverage most people are familiar with, such as auto insurance or homeowner?s insurance. With auto insurance or home owner?s insurance coverage, if you submit a claim you are normally covered for most (if not all) of your loss. That is not case for dental insurance which typically has a yearly reimbursement limit of approximately $1,000. So it is important for you to understand the facts about dental insurance if you decide to purchase it to help cover your future dental needs.

Broken appointments:

We pride ourselves in taking time with our patients, so a specific amount of time is reserved especially for you. Last minute cancellations not only disrupt our schedule, but prolong your receiving the dental care you need and deserve. We strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. If you must change your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee being charged to your account. This fee will be determined based upon the length of appointment time.
