The fact is, we’ve grown exponentially over the last few years, and we have an expansion plan in place that continues to accelerate. We have started to build a brand new, cutting-edge 18 operatory dental facility that will serve our patients’ clinical needs, and also serve as a training center for other dental professionals. This process necessitates that we grow our team to meet the challenges and opportunities of our growing vision.

We truly believe in the business philosophy of growing our people to help grow our business. As such, we allocate a great deal of time to training, workshops, and seminars dedicated to both professional and personal growth.

As part of our personal and business growth objectives, we believe in encouraging our team (individually and collectively) to “give back” to our community.  To nurture that expression of growth, Spodak Dental Group matches dollar-for-dollar up to $500 of our team members’ charitable contributions to community causes.  This is just one of the many ways we realize our vision.
